A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Manage large amounts of chats, tickets and incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Availability to work occasional different shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Spanish and English
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Resiliency to effectively deal with job stress and upset customers
• Ability to build positive rapport, communicate appropriately with different behavior, and apply appropriate control of customer contacts
• Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
• At least 1 Year of customer service experience, preferably for a forex company or proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Fluency in French, Italian and German and knowledge of FOREX market can be considered as an advantage but are not required.

We are currently looking to enlarge our Sofia IT team with the addition of a C++ guru. The right candidate will work in our small, but agile IT team to meet the demands of one of our rapidly expanding global clients – one that operates in the highly competitive Forex market. The financial services sector is heavily reliant on IT services to implement automated transactions. Our new candidate will understand this implicitly and will work on cutting-edge projects from the outset to further our client’s goals.

• Strong C++development skills and experience (a minimum of 3 years);
• an adequate portfolio including experience in UI and scalable systems development;
• familiarity with Visual Studio;
• good working knowledge of STL 11-17, MySQL; QT, JS, Windows API;
• a good command of written and oral English, knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
• ability to follow key development principles (KISS, SOLID or other);
• experience in dealing with big data;
• good interpersonal skills to become an organic part of our multinational team;
• FIX-protocol knowledge, MetaTrader 4/5 Server API and Manager API familiarity – this would be considered as a significant advantage

We offer a very competitive salary (up to 6600 BGN net), depending on the successful candidate’s experience and skills, a pleasant office near Sofia Mall.
